| Plot allotment procedure : |

Have to apply by filling up the prescribed application form with 2 passport size photos. |
|
On availability of the plot customer may have their own choice to select. |
|
No booking money required. |
|
20% discount will be applied for at a time paying customers. |
|
Agreed money of the installments has to be paid by 10th day of each month. |
|
All the payments are to be made in favor of ACEFT HOUSING & REAL ESTATE LTD.in cash or through cheque/bank draft/pay order. |
|
NRB may pay the equivalent amount in foreign currency by T/T or bank draft. |
|
After paying the 3 months installments, deed will be done in between the customers and company on 150 Taka non-judicial stamp and for at a time customer deed will be done after paying the full payment. |
|
For transferring the plot in time the customer have to pay the installments by the fixed time. |
|
After booking of the plot, in the case of any changes of the name/ownership, the transfer fees have to be paid as per company rules. Before processing of transfer all the payment should be cleared. |
|
Filling up the project, construction of the road and the main connection of the water, electricity, gas, sewerage & telephone etc. facilities will be done under the initiative of the company in co-ordination with the concern organizations. The expense thereof per katha will be borne by the customer as per company rules. |
|
After the project development and subject to the payment of whole valuation of the allotted plots and demarcating the boundaries, the plots will be transferred. After the transfer, the registration process will be done. |
|
The customer will bear the expenses like registration fees, VAT, Stamp duty, gain tax, documentation charges and all other related miscellaneous expenditures. |
|
In case if the size of the plot is found less or more, then proportionally the value can be adjusted during registration. |
|
In case of surrender of the plot by the customer then the payment will be returned as per company rules. |
|
If plot handover is delayed due to natural disaster or political unrest or the reasons beyond the control this should be considered by the customer. |
|
Company reserves the right for any kind of changes or modifications of the above mentioned rules. |
